The Acadian Canso was a car model produced by General Motors of Canada under the Acadian brand from 1961 to 1971. It was a compact car based on the Chevrolet Corvair platform, and was marketed as a sporty and affordable option for the Canadian market.

The Canso was named after the town of Canso in Nova Scotia, Canada, and was available in both two-door coupe and convertible body styles. It was equipped with a 3.3L inline six-cylinder engine that produced 140 horsepower, and was paired with a three-speed manual or optional four-speed manual transmission.

In addition to its sporty performance, the Canso also featured a unique styling that set it apart from other compact cars of the era. It had a bold front grille and sharp creases along the body, giving it a distinctive look.
